ULF is a charity foundation that was established on 12/7/2006, the starting date of the Israeli aggression in Lebanon, to support the Lebanese people. 

It is a Lebanese foundation that aims to stimulate social activities and charity work to help the Lebanese people out of its crisis and tragedy
